We know you are excited to get your U-Escape products and we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

Due to the current Australia-wide (and Global) COVID-19 environment, we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times.  We are working hard with the people in our warehouses to get each order out as quick as possible. For any inconvenience caused we apologise, this is something that will change in the near future. Thank you for your understand and patience in the interim.

 

AUSTRALIA POST NOTICE

We generally ship with Australia Post and they are currently experiencing delays in their delivery times as COVID-19 has made a large impact in their systems and ability to ship products effectively.

Due to social distancing measures, signature is no longer required when receiving your order.

 

IS DELIVERY FREE?

For a limited time only we are offering Free Delivery Australia Wide with no minimum order value.  After this period, all items purchased over $50 will have no delivery fee.

 

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY U-ESCAPE PRODUCTS??

We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your U-Escape products as soon as possible. However, generally you will have received your U-Escape products within 5-10 business days of placing your order.  This is solely dependant on the couriers service handling time and their effectiveness in responding to daily demands, especially during these uncertain times.
